Overview of the Role: City Motors Group is part of Macarthur's largest family-owned multi-franchise motor dealership. We are now looking for the right candidates with a keen eye for detail to join our successful Service team at Shellharbour. The Successful Applicant Must have: Proven experience undertaking Minor & Major maintenance & diagnostic work to the highest quality Standards.Able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles.Working closely with the technical team to ensure correct steps are taken to problem solve faults.Carry out the fitment of a wide range of Automotive Accessories to a high standard of Quality Control.Adhering to checklists and quality control standards.A team player who is focused on providing exemplary quality service.Ability to mentor / provide guidance to junior technicians.Keep up to date with mandatory factory training.Take pride in your ability to problem solve / fault find.Excellent communication skills, both oral & written.Be mature, punctual with a strong work ethic.Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused.A current driver's licence.A current valid Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate.
