The Role:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing and installing Life Fitness equipment at customer sites which includes but is not limited to Gyms, Residential Sites, Corporate Sites, Defence Bases, Council facilities and homes.
The area of coverage is from Cairns to Airlie Beach, with most work in Townsville. We don't mind where the person is located, provided the person is flexible with travel and overnight stays. There is an Overnight stay allowance above the base salary when the person is required to stay away from their base location.

Professional interaction with customers, dealing with any issues that may arise.
Coordinating with teams at Head Office when further diagnosis support is required or additional/replacement parts are needed.
Complete Service reports in a timely manner.

Solid time management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Australian Drivers license
Able to understand plans, drawings, and technical specifications
Previous relatable experience (Electrical or Mechanical repair experience)
