Service Technician

We are currently seeking a diverse range of Service Technicians (Drill Fitters) to join our service team in Perth on a 5/2, 4/3 or a 7/7 roster.As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:Carrying out specialised new builds, repairs, rebuilds and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipment.Creating and developing strong relationships with customers and team members.Carrying out machine pre-delivery and customer-specific installations on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipment.Carrying out service and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS systems.Solving equipment-related issues including diagnostic fault finding.Complying with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements.Ideally, you will possess the following experience and qualifications:Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Diesel, Fixed Plant, light Vehicle trade qualifications or similar.Customer-facing experience or similar.Experience in the maintenance of surface and underground mobile mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs.Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and fault find electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems.Epiroc surface and underground product experience will be highly regarded.Country and city descriptionPerth, Western Australia.Salary Continuance InsuranceNovated LeasingEducation AssistanceOpportunity to be part of a values-driven company, committed to your professional development.Trade Upgrade Program (Eligibility Criteria Apply).Retention Bonus.Super paid on all hours worked.Join the Epiroc family and you'll become a part of a dynamic, supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for career progression on a global scale, training and personal growth.
