As the Service Support Administrator, you will be responsible for the review, creation, and maintenance of Getinge Service Contracts; the review and processing of service invoicing and financial disputes; and the creation and maintenance of Service reporting across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Contracts and Invoicing Team Leader, this role can be based in our Adelaide or Brisbane office. Key duties and responsibilities: Creation of Service contract quotes and proposals Creation and Maintenance of service contracts within SAP Provide reporting through Excel and Power BI Review and process invoicing of Service Work Orders Attend to all invoicing disputes and accounts receivable queries Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner Essential skills and experience required: Knowledge of the sales and invoicing of Contracts Well-developed Analytical skills Commercial awareness and sound financial and business acumen Ability to plan and manage time effectively, with multiple tasks at any given time. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Windows operating system, MS Office applications Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills with internal and external customers Experience with using SAP (desirable, not essential) Successful applicants will be required to undergo relevant background checks such as reference and police checks prior to appointment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
