Responsibilities
Managing calls, mail, and deliveries. General office duties including ordering of office supplies, staff amenities, uniforms, and PPE. Reconciling and posting Raw Materials in Command Akon. Handling data entry and assist with raising and receipting of purchase orders, invoices and receipts. What you will need to succeed
Previous administration and customer service experience. Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Experience with full Microsoft Office Suite. SAP experience beneficial. Effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders. Our business
