We are currently recruiting for a Service Supervisor for our Kalgoorlie Service Centre. The position is Kalgoorlie residential, Monday to Friday. This position will provide an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to a successful Service Centre and team at large.
Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to the below: Promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environmentMachine rebuilds, midlifes and PCRJ4 ProjectsCoordinate and supervise technicians to deliver exceptional serviceBuild sustainable relationships with all stakeholders and provide exceptional customer serviceIdentify and coordinate employee training and development needsApprentice program managementRock drill and component overhaulsThe successful applicant must have: Extensive multidisciplinary supervision knowledge and experience in an OEM environmentRelevant Trade CertificatePlanning and resource experienceEffective people management and leadership skills and experienceExcellent communication skillsProblem-solving ability and troubleshooting skillsCommitment to providing quality customer serviceAbility to handle and work under pressureGood report writing ability and proficient computer literacyYou must be a strong team player with a positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations. In addition, Epiroc is committed to safety, health, the environment and quality and we need you to be too.
As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen amongst other verification requirements.
