About the Role We are looking for a Workday HRIS Administrator to join our People & Experience team. Our Head Office, located directly across from Southern Cross Station, offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light. This role is responsible for the technical support and system administration of our Workday HRIS, associated HR and payroll applications, and providing end to end support to HR, key business stakeholder groups and end users.

Your Key Duties Will Include: Providing technical Workday support and guidance to HR Business Partners, key stakeholders and end users.
Supporting HCM areas in Workday, including Performance Management, Talent, and Advanced Compensation.
Maintaining master data values and system configuration.
Actively monitoring and actioning assigned support tickets via Workday Issue/Request Management System (Service Now) within agreed SLAs.
Troubleshooting and analysing new issues, identifying root cause, testing and implementing solutions.
Analysing, triaging and escalating issues/requests to next level IT Support as required.
Accurately monitoring, analysing and disseminating large volumes of data.
About You Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience using Workday for HR/Payroll systems administration or business analysis.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; excellent problem-solving skills and outside the box thinking.
Technical aptitude, with proven experience in reporting, measurement, data analysis, and interpretation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyse new issues and identify root cause.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally.
