We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric, solutions-focused representative to join us as a Service Solutions Representative in Scoresby, VIC.
In this role, you'll be responsible for growing Linde Material Handling's customer base within the Australian forklift market through solutions selling.
Engage new customers and use your problem-solving skills to determine the right solutions and ensure the right solution is available to the customers.

Linde Material Handling is proudly supporting Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds not-for-profit foundation- access all available resources from HHTS.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities: Identify new and potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging the network.
Support the service operations teams with sales opportunities, identifying new customer accounts and onboard them to Linde service.
Research and maintain relationships with all clients on a consistent basis.
Update and maintain administrative responsibilities on applicable CRM system.
Assist in the development of proposals/solutions for client needs and requirements.
Obtain scope of site operations and service requirements, escalating where required appropriately to various departments.
Carry out customer handover to the Service Operations team once new business is secured.
Work with various departments to market and promote Linde Service.
Carry out follow-up reviews of recent retail works carried out by the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements for success: Medium to high level of technical knowledge of Linde products.
Minimum Certificate 4 qualifications in a business-related discipline is desirable.
Problem-solving, customer service and lateral thinking skills desirable.
Proven time management and ability to work to deadlines.
High level of written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize around multiple projects and work autonomously.
