Join our organisation and lead a talented team to drive compliance and efficiency improvements Westhaven is seeking a Service Scheduling Manager to join our growing team to manage compliant service delivery rostering practices, implementing innovative strategies to streamline scheduling processes and maximise resource utilisation.

We've Got You Covered: Fitness Passport to Energise Your LifestyleBe part of a culture that values diverse backgrounds and experiencesAbout You As the Service Scheduling Manager you'll lead a productive team of Service Scheduling Officers to ensure compliance with modern award standards while ensuring high-quality service is delivered to our clients. 
Key Responsibilities  Lead a high-performing team to achieve organisational strategic objectivesAnalyse financial data to optimise business processes to improve efficiencyOversee the compliance to award policies and Westhaven rostering practicesManage roster services, ensuring quality client care whilst monitoring financial costs Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and improvementsYou will have: Tertiary qualification in Business Management or equivalentDemonstrated knowledge of modern award interpretation and NDIS operations Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a successful teamPrevious experience utilising rostering systems and practisesProven ability to manage projects within a timeframe and budgetAbout us Westhaven is, and will continue to be, the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
