As a Service Scheduler, you will support the provisioning of efficient delivery of home services across the Inner West & South East Sydney teams.

You will provide the highest quality customer service consistent with BaptistCare's service scheduling principles. The role will be hybrid, working from home and with a minimum of 1-2 days per week working at a local home care office in Kellyville, Strathfield or Macquarie Park. Working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm or 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday. What do we need from you?

Proficiency in the operation of customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of application Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred Outstanding organisational and time management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, their families, employees and stakeholders
