New Town Toyota is growing and we're looking for people to grow with us. An excellent opportunity is available for a customer focused individual to join our team in East Vic Park as a Service Receptionist/Bookings Clerk. This is a full-time permanent role.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the Service Department; directing customers to the appropriate staff member, actioning all booking requests, and providing general administrative support to the Service Department.

Job Description How you will make an impact: Receiving and handling inbound calls, assisting with the enquiry where possible or transferring to the appropriate person Actioning incoming service email enquiries and all online bookings Verifying all customer contact information for database accuracy Assisting in managing daily no shows and calling to re-book each day Providing administrative support to the department as needed Desired Skills and Experience What we're looking for: Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer literacy - MS Office Effective time management and the ability to multitask Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable Life at New Town Toyota As a family owned Toyota dealership, we treat all our employees like family.
