We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Mascot, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving our service business, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, service delivery, and operational efficiency in the region.
What will you be doing?
Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Develop personnel, ensuring their motivation, continuous development, and achievement of regional targets.
Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement including full P&L responsibility.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall business performance.
Proactively care for existing customers, ensuring renegotiations and extending the maintenance portfolio.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Develop actions based on market analysis and create business plans, including budget planning and control for Service Supervisors and various groups.
What we are looking for?
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in service operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
Proficiency in service management software and tools.
