For more information about working at the ABC, please feel free to explore our careers page at https://www.abc.net.au/careers/ About the Role Product & Technology is seeking an experienced Service Operations Analyst to deliver outstanding operational activities relating to various service management practices.  You will carry out particularly complex and highly specialised work relating to various service management practices, such as Incident Management (including major incident management), Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalogue Administration and Request Fulfilment.  You will engage various support teams to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the existing various service management practices and related platforms.  You'll also provide expert/specialist advice, guidance and training to staff on existing service management processes and supporting platforms, such as Service Now.   About You You'll have extensive industry experience with broad understanding of business processes around content delivery within the ABC along with associated technology. In addition, good understanding of various service management processes and related best practices to deliver technology will be highly beneficial. You are highly analytical with the ability to identify, analyse, diagnose and resolve particularly complex issues around processes that underpin technology delivery, for continuous improvement.
