The Head of Programming and General Manager will work as a team to lead the organisational and creative programming for this flagship youth arts organisation. Reporting direct to the CEO, these roles are pivotal in delivering on Carclew's ten-year strategic vision to have the greatest impact on the greatest number. Fostering a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Representing the organisation effectively in external forums and engagements.
