You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with our company policies & procedures, targets and legislative requirements. You will model compliance, leadership, creativity and innovation while ensuring a safe, positive and fun space for all. You will demonstrate commitment to customer service and an ability to build, nurture and maintain excellent relationships with our team, our families, our children and the wider community.
