Service Manager - Roma Ford & Kia (Roma Automotive) Roma Automotive (Roma Ford and Kia) are currently looking for a dedicated Service Manager to join our newly established site based on Spencer Street, Roma. With a person-centred approach to leading our Service Department, the successful candidate will be someone who can inspire a team, give and receive feedback, demonstrate accountability and value relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.

About this role:
Oversee all aspects of the Service Department Operations for Roma, ensuring efficiency and excellence Responsible for booking in and management of service customers Assist in workshop control and workshop management Knowledge of dealership Pentana DMS systems is an advantage Cultivate strong relationships with customers and staff to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Proven great leader with a mindset focused on our customers, staff engagement & exceeding KPI's (Customer, Manufacturer & internal) A hands-on, proactive presence, that encourages and motivates their team Maximisation of productivity & efficiency Commitment to driving robust processes and managing change Foster a Customer-Centric environment, ensuring unparalleled service experiences.
