About the role: We are seeking an experienced, passionate, values driven individual with strong clinical, leadership skills and innovative ideas to oversee the operational running of the facility and provide a positive culture in which the team can continue to grow and thrive.
You will leads and coach an interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high quality, evidence-based, person-centered care whilst ensuring the aged care quality standards are adhered to.
You will support staff with career progression by participating in continuing education and performance planning and development.
As an experienced strategic manager you have a proven ability to understand commercial management, rostering and working within financial constraints.
These skills are key to ensuring the facility meets organisational and regulatory requirements such as Care Minutes to warrant better patient care outcomes whilst remaining commercially sustainable.
You will use your communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with the staff, residents, and their families.
You will be responsible for engagement with key stakeholders and the wider community.
To support you in this role, our business support centre will provide mentoring from senior practitioners and leaders.
