Service Manager - Manufacturing/Fmcg

Established over 40 years ago, they cater to a vast array of industries including dairy, food & beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, and chemical.
They are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to take the lead on the following responsibilities:
Managing customer Service contracts Forecasting Managing costings Scheduling Technicians both nationally and internationally Managing a small team of Service Technicians Reporting Site visits Customer relationship management Managing breakdowns Overseeing Spare Parts department This is a broad and all-encompassing position. To be successful within this role, you will have experience in a similar Service Management role OR experience in Service within FMCG equipment. You must have experience in Spare Parts and margins, costings, planning, service agreements, and an element of sales.
