About the position We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to provide leadership and service delivery for a collective of programs.
Due to recent growth and expansion within Grand Pacific Health we are seeking our newest team member a self-motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for improving the health and wellbeing including but not limited to; refugees, older people and other vulnerable communities.
This is a full-time, fixed term opportunity until June 2027 and you can be based from Wollongong or South West Sydney, with regular travel between each location and services required.
You will be accountable for the management, continuous improvement and performance of the various programs to fulfill contract deliverables, ensuring consumer management and service delivery consistent with best practice guidelines.
Key responsibilities include: Provide day to day team leadership for staff including rostering, monitoring client intake, providing debriefing and ongoing support as required Manage budgetary requirements and report against deliverables in accordance with funding and organisational requirements Establishment and continued engagement with key stakeholders including funding bodies and the wider Grand Pacific Health Provide leadership within delegated programmes as well as GPH hubs and integration with other co-located services Contribute to identification of psychosocial and mental health needs of the local community and identity, recommend and implement strategies for service improvement and accessibility We have an inclusive, flexible, and supportive work environment, offering you the opportunity to work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team of professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community.

Skills and experience We are looking for someone with: Relevant qualifications in a health discipline (allied health, nursing, peer work, health promotion or Aboriginal Health Previous experience in health, mental health or community service management roles Demonstrated leadership experience of a multi-disciplinary team including including planning for and delivering on team objectives and deliverables, monitoring and developing team and individual performance.
