...and The Role
This company is seeking a highly professional Service Manager to manage the DO AND CHARGE allocation section of their Sydney organisation. The role will be reporting directly to a highly experienced and supportive Operations Manager, and you will be Managing 13 Fire Technicians and 1 coordinator. The position will predominantly be office-based, however, will also require you to meet commercial clients on sites occasionally. This role will see you running the monthly tool box meetings. The company operates with the Pronto system, so experience with this is highly desired as well as other system knowledge as you will be liaising with subcontractors.
Oversee the completion of jobs through to invoicingQuoting and auditing branch pricingReceive and respond to a high volume of service requests via phone, email, and the internal databaseManage and support technicians and coordinatorsEnsure all jobs performed are compliant with the Fire Industry StandardsUploading reports and test results to client web portalsSystems maintenance of the Service Management System (Pronto)New site setup and asset schedulingOn-boarding of new service staff and techniciansWhat You'll Bring Previous experience working as a senior technician, Service Manager, or Supervisor or similar role within a fire organisation will be requiredExperience with supervising Dry Fire Systems works.Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.Sound knowledge across relevant building codes and Australian StandardsStrong people management skills including an ability to effectively manage and lead a teamStrong computer and communication skills. Previous Pronto Experience will be highly regarded.Experience with monthly forecasting and reportingElectrical Trade or FPAA Fire Detection qualifications.Australian drivers' licenceADDITIONAL INFORMATION
