The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to establish and lead our new Asset Management and Maintenance Services team in NSW.
At CPP, we pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking business, offering exceptional end-to-end services across design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance. Our Asset Management Services (AMS) department specialises in high-voltage solutions, managing repairs and upgrades on critical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, cables, and protection relays, for some of the largest renewable energy assets in the country.
As we continue to grow, we are building a dedicated maintenance service team and are looking for a dynamic leader to guide this exciting new phase. This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll oversee the successful delivery of maintenance services, cultivate strong client relationships, and build a high-performing team of electricians. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations such as scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring top-tier service delivery for our key clients.
Reporting to the Manager of Asset Services, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an industry-leading company.
Desired Skills and Experience About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience in the service and maintenance industry, ideally within a high-voltage, electrical, or power setting. A highly motivated and proactive approach to leadership and operations. In-depth knowledge of high-voltage maintenance and testing practices. Previous experience managing teams, with the ability to build and scale a team from the ground up. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A trade background, particularly in electrical, would be highly advantageous. Willingness and flexibility to travel to sites as needed.
