About Us:Join a rapidly growing company in Western Australia with multiple locations, dedicated to excellence in diesel engine and truck service and repair. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch services and are seeking a talented Service Manager to lead our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As the Service Manager, you will oversee the operations of our diesel engine and truck service and repair center. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, managing a skilled team, and driving the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff.Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of diesel engines and trucks.Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.Manage inventory, equipment, and tools to ensure availability and functionality.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the service center.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the diesel engine and truck service industry.Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and trucks.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
