Calling all Senior Services Advisors – are you looking to accelerate your career and step-up into a management role? Meltrac has a rare career opportunity – we are seeking a Service Manager to manage the day to day operations of our Terang workshop.
Meltrac is owned by Melbourne Tractors and is one of 4 leading dealerships in Victoria, successfully trading in new and used agricultural and construction machines. We are a family owned dealership with over 35 years of partnering our clients and delivering awesome machines, including New Holland, Kobelco, Merlo and ASVs!
We are offering our new Service Manager a full time role, with a competitive salary (including a monthly bonus system), a company vehicle and a chance to work alongside a young, dynamic team delivering, repairing and servicing our Customer's premium branded machines.
Our new Service Manager reports to the Fixed Operations Manager and will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer serviceDriving performance KPIs of the service team and workshopBuilding team cohesiveness through coaching, developing, motivating and mentoring the teamScheduling and assigning work to our technicians, ensuring our client's machines are delivered, serviced or repaired on time and to budgetInvoicing and closing off repair ordersCompleting monthly management reportsManaging and monitoring workshop inventory, cleanliness and safety standardsBeing front facing with our loyal customer baseIdeally our new Service Manager will be a seasoned Service Advisor (or an experienced Service Manager) with great problem solving and negotiating skills. We are seeking a committed, high performing individual with:
Strong leadership and communication skillsExcellent business acumenProficiency in computers, software and platformsResults driven, "can-do" attitudeOur customers are our first priority and you will be operating in a fast paced workshop, prioritising workloads, and providing outstanding customer service and support.
