We are currently looking to speak with Service Managers or leading hands looking to step up, to lead their strong performing workshops in Dubbo and Warren.

You may come from an Ag dealership or from within the Truck, Earthmoving, Automotive dealership or aftermarket service industry; it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Workshop Management experience.
The ideal candidate will be a people person who is excited by the challenge of leading an established team within the service department.
Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.
Ideally you will have: Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a teamExperience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDevotion to customer satisfaction and service requirementsStrong computer literacy skillsFarm Machinery experience is not required for this position.
We are looking to speak with leaders who are keen to implement leading processes to continue the growth at the branch.

On offer is a salary package well above the industry average with OTE of up to $150k + vehicle (comprising a base salary of c. $120k - $125k + 20% annual bonus potential).
Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position.
Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply. About Teamrecruit
