About the Role: As our Service Manager, you will oversee every aspect of our service department, ensuring seamless operations, top-notch customer satisfaction, and a thriving team of technicians and service advisors. From managing daily operations to building strong relationships with customers and our OEM, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Your Mission: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors to deliver their best.Ensure every customer drives away delighted with exceptional, timely service.Manage and optimize department operations for peak efficiency and profitability.Develop innovative service policies and procedures to enhance performance.Oversee budgets, track metrics, and implement strategies for success.Foster collaboration between the Service, Sales, and Parts Departments.Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest in vehicle technologies and industry trends.What You'll Need: Proven leadership experience in a Service Manager role or similar within an automotive dealership or workshop.Deep knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.A knack for managing budgets and driving results.Strong coaching and team development abilities.Commercial acumen and the ability to prepare and present department strategies.Confidence in IT systems and a commitment to workplace safety standards.A current driver's license and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Why Join Us?
