Due to rapid growth and our new national appointment as Australian Magni telescopic handler distributors & CVS Ferrari forklifts, a full-time position has become available to join our service department.
We are looking for a professional Service Manager to join our Brisbane Branch who is capable of developing a highly skilled workforce and growing our existing service footprint.
The purpose of the position is to provide first-class customer service and ensure fleet availability & optimisation through the effective management of the Service team who perform the scheduling, servicing & repair of equipment.
Responsibilities: Providing the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation.Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships.Operating at optimum capacity with good measures to ensure cost control.Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives.Organising, directing, and controlling the activities of the Technicians ensuring optimum use of all material and staffing resources.Ensuring the service process is being closely monitored and controlled.On every occasion, ensuring that all interactions are of the highest standard, both internally and externally.Requirements: Proven leadership experience in a service environment.High-level knowledge of service department processes, industry experience, policies, and procedures.Excellent customer service with well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in Service Department KPIs with great time management skills.Current Drivers Licence.Industry experience desirable.Automotive trade certificate preferred.If you believe this is a role you will love, please apply now!
