In this pivotal role, you will assume the following responsibilities: Spearheading leadership and managerial duties for the branch's expansive service department. Overseeing a proficient team comprising approximately 10 skilled tradespeople and coordinators. Advocating a culture of safety and operational excellence within the workshop. Strategically orchestrating the scheduling and coordination of technicians to address field service calls. Upholding impeccable standards of craftsmanship and quality. Steering the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members. Serving as the primary liaison for clients, adeptly managing escalated matters. Ensuring consistent surpassing of service KPIs by the branch. Offering technical expertise and hands-on support to technicians during staffing shortages.
