Service Manager - Automotive Industry

Our client is a well-regarded, multi-franchised new car dealership located in the Monaro Area of NSW.
They seek an experienced Service Manager to assist in delivering additional profit and growth to their already successful Service Department.

Responsibilities: Assist in delivering additional profit and growth to the Service Department.Lead the team and ensure high customer satisfaction.Manage daily operations and oversee service delivery. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, or Fixed Operations Manager within a franchised new car dealership.Motivated, articulate, and organized.Strong leadership skills. The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $75k - $80k + commission + car/allowance + superannuation.
