My client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee the running of one of their leading brands.
Our client is a major, multi-franchised new and used vehicle dealer and is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced candidates for the position of Service Manager.
This role will be based at one of their leading brands, at a standalone site.
This role is based in a rapidly expanding coastal region of Central QLD.
With the best of nature surrounding this town, you are also gifted with all major facilities, food, activities, and adventures on your doorstep.
With a strong market presence, excellent facilities, and a host of major franchises, this dealership is one of the largest in its area and is part of a larger, growing national group.
The role reports to and will work closely with the Dealer Principal.
The computer system in use at this site is Era Power, so experience with that platform would be ideal, but is not essential.
To be successful in your application, you must have proven dealership service management experience, ideally in a brand with a strong focus on culture and customer satisfaction.
Above all else, you must show stability in your employment and be able to commit to this role for the long term.
This role will oversee the successful operation of the site's Service and Pre-Delivery departments.
An attractive remuneration package comprising a generous retainer plus incentives will be discussed with the successful candidates.
Earnings are expected to sit at c$150,000 + for the role.
