Job Scope: The Service Line Manager (SLM) for Crushing Consumables will be responsible for the regional Service Line strategy and act as a main contributor to add a deep technical approach to the sales process.
You will approach this task directly as well as steer, coordinate, and prioritize such together with the sales team and coming Solutions Specialist.
As the SLM, you establish the identification of business opportunities, generation of leads, and foster client relationships to meet or exceed sales goals, support installation assistance as well as inspections and measurements on-site.
You also have to ensure customer support, troubleshooting and participate in customer seminars and presentations.
The Service Line Crushing Consumables is a specialized segment that not only supplies customized services and wear-resistant components, but also offers a comprehensive suite of solutions to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and overall productivity of crushing operations throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities: Coordinate sales/ technical teams and go-to-market efforts for a specific Service Line Manage/coordinate customers and their consumables throughout the product life cycle, improving aftermarket growth and increasing client base including technical visits, trials, and support Identify the most suitable products/solutions based on ongoing customer and market assessment and support development of the aforesaid in alignment with GSLM & engineering Implementing global Service Group strategy in the designated market incl.
all financial and operational aspects (like forecast, OI, CM, budgets, etc.)
Submit regular sales and product reports and ensure integrity within the company's CRM, ERP, and other related systems Own all technical aspects of the service line towards sales colleagues and clients (like training, health checks) Manage/coordinate with the proposal & engineering team the provision of accurate and timely quotations Support/own inventory levels in designated regions ensuring consumables availability in alignment with the GSLM What you bring: Experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment is essential.
Specific experience with consumable products is a plus Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques Ability to understand the economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation and capable of communicating such complex concepts to customers in simple terms Experience in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, from customers to organization leaders Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel College degree or equivalent experience What we offer: Competitive remuneration package on offer.
