The primary purpose of the role is to oversee the delivery of customer focussed payroll service to clients of Queensland Health through payroll and related administrative processes and systems. The number of direct reports this position is currently responsible for is five.The successful candidate will lead, manage and coach a high performing team, within a diverse operating model of an integrated and complex overpayment and loan management function to achieve professional standards and defined service levels, and complying with relevant controls.
