Unique opportunity to lead the first 3-year-old Early Learning Program in Tasmania.Part-time including dedicated 6 hours minimum non-contact hours.$40 per hour negotiable + educational leader allowance + salary packaging.Your new roleThis is a unique opportunity to lead the first 3-year-old Early Learning Program in Tasmania.
Based in Davenport, you will enjoy a part-time role that combines operational leadership, including at least 6 hours of non-contact time and rostered teaching.
This brand-new program will operate Monday to Wednesday for on-site teaching time, and you will lead and support a team focused on nurturing children's strengths, interests, and social connections and teaching values that reflect the community - kindness, resilience, and teamwork.
You will be well supported to succeed in your new role and have opportunities to grow and develop as part of the Tasmanian Early Learning leadership team. A diploma educator will be part of your team and will also have dedicated non-contact time to support you and the program.
