Service Improvement Communication and Program Support    Are you passionate about driving impactful change within a dynamic public sector environment?
Public Sector People, in partnership with our esteemed client, is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional for the role of Service Improvement Communication and Program Support.
This is a fantastic 3-month contract opportunity to make a tangible difference within a leading local government organisation.
3-month temporary role $40 - $50 per hour + super Hybrid working model - 3 days per week  Local council in Melbourne's outer South-East The Role In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing internal communications and supporting the activation of a comprehensive Service Review Program.
You will craft communication plans and develop materials to ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with the corporate improvement project goals.
Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Internal Communications and Program Branding Craft communication plans and supporting material to ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with corporate improvement project goals.
Create clear, consistent messaging through FAQs, presentations, emails, newsletters, and intranet updates.
Project Feedback Management Manage feedback mechanisms to address stakeholder concerns.
Foster positive acceptance of new processes and systems.
Activating the Service Review Program Development and Implementation Develop final guidance and materials for the Service Review Program.
Create internal communications material to implement the program Communications Plan.
Design and deliver activities and actions for program activation/implementation.
Design, test, and generate program materials, tools, and templates.
Supporting Individual Service Review Tailored Project Plan Execution Support service mapping activities including benchmarking, stakeholder mapping, and process mapping.
Maintain the program and project risk register as required.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other engagement activities.
Support procurement and management of specialist program consultants and contractors.
