About the role:
Provide expert technical support across all IT infrastructure and systems.Manage and resolve service requests and incidents with efficiency.Conduct essential system monitoring, procurement, and reporting.Uphold and ensure compliance with IT security and organisational policies.What you'll need to succeed:
