This might be the role for you! What is the role Based in our Newcastle office, full-time (38 hours), Monday to Friday, learn from a team of IT professionals and be rewarded for completing certifications.
The focus of this role is to deliver a great service experience to our wide range of customers.
As such our ideal candidate has a combination of excellent communication skills, great problem-solving abilities and is passionate about quality.
This permanent ongoing role will involve working on a variety of systems.
