The Service Manager will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promote employee engagement and be an influential part of the CMI Toyota Christies Beach management team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead a values-based performance culture aligned with our values (Safety First, Do the Right Thing, Ask the Question, Can Do, Mutual Respect)Manage day to day operations of the service departmentEnhance workshop productivity and efficienciesEnsure exceptional customer serviceConduct daily service KPI reports from the TUNE system for productivity, efficiencies, gross profit from labour sales etcProactively monitor and maintain WHS StandardsMeet all manufacturer and internal based targetsSkills & ExperienceComprehensive knowledge of automotive service operationsStrong leadership and relationship building skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and organisational skillsAbility to operate in a fast paced environmentGood mechanical aptitudeSound computer skillsHow to applyPlease submit your resume and a cover letter about how your skills and experience will help you achieve the objectives of this role.Enquiries can be directed to Stuart Gebauer, Group Service Manager, on 08 8238 5555.
