At Aruma Facility Services, formerly known as House with No Steps, we proudly employ over 75 people with disabilities and manage over 4,000 sites across Australia. As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you will lead and support our local Facilities Management teams in Queensland, overseeing operations in key locations such as the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Toowoomba. Your team will deliver essential gardening, cleaning, and general maintenance services for a wide range of commercial clients.
In this role, your success will be measured by your ability to guide and support local teams to meet schedules, uphold contract specifications, and embrace our purpose-driven values. You will ensure all incidents and issues are reported and escalated through our systems, contributing to a safe, compliant, and supportive work environment. You will also play a key role in assisting with tenders, quotations, and maintaining ISO certifications, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
With regular site visits across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Toowoomba, and close collaboration with Regional and National Operations Managers, you'll drive operational excellence, support scheduling, and manage team communications. Your leadership will ensure that all teams remain motivated, high-performing, and aligned with our business goals.
