As the Service Deliver Manager, you will lead a team of community leaders, helping them deliver exceptional, personalised care.

We provide compassionate in-home care designed to help our clients live their best lives in the comfort of their own homes.
As the Service Deliver Manager, you will lead a team of community leaders, helping them deliver exceptional, personalised care. You will play a key role in creating an environment that promotes Life not Limits! Your responsibilities will include: Leading and inspiring a team of community leaders to deliver outstanding care and service.Identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery and supporting team leaders in achieving KPIs and employee engagement goals.Developing and refining processes to foster a seamless and positive work culture.Providing expert advice and guidance on NDIS funding, ensuring MSWA's compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Strengthening the sustainability and efficiency of our services to meet the growing demand for care. Our must-haves and a bit about you... We are looking for someone who has a clear understanding of NDIS and HCP systems and processes, can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
NDIS Worker Screening clearance required (We can help you obtain this!)Experience in people management and conflict resolution.A good understanding of incident management.Excellent time management skills and tech-savvy.Experience in rostering is highly advantageous.
