Basic Requirements:
AGSVA Security clearanceService Delivery Manager (SDM) with a strong ITIL and Agile background to support the maturation of a service delivery organisationDemonstrated experience in leading in an Agile environment and working with Agile support systems eg ServiceNow, AtlassianQualification in Agile methodologyExperience identifying and documenting IT service management requirementsExperience designing and developing of policy, processes and proceduresExperience assisting in the implementation and improvement of processesTo receive the full information for this position, please "apply now" with your CV.
