That's our story. Make it your story.This position reports toService Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesABB currently have two Service Coordinator positions available! In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process. You will also showcase your expertise by managing spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management shifts. The work model for the role is: Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Business located in Moorebank NSW. You will be mainly accountable for:Assisting in the resolution of customer spare parts issues.Participating in determining sales targets for the sales force.Cooperating to embed spare parts highlights into product/system/service training to internal teams and customers.Assisting sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of spare parts associated with new products/systems/services.Qualifications for the roleSAP and Microsoft appsMicrosoft 365Minimum of two years of experience in a similar roleMore about usABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability, and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
