Our Ecommerce team are on a mission to find an experienced, innovative and data driven Ecommerce Specialist to drive online growth for ASICS Australia. Reporting to the Ecommerce Business Manager, you will be responsible for the delivering effective traffic across multiple platforms and channels with the aim to increase customer acquisition, sales, and conversion.
Your impact will be measured by the effectiveness of traffic, digital campaigns, and conversion rates and ROAS across our Ecommerce websites.
So, what goes in to making that happen? Planning, development, and execution of the online customer acquisition strategyForecasting and working within allocated paid budgets across media and agencies.Optimisation of all customer acquisition channels including on-site conversion campaignsGrow our affiliate marketing programs and referral marketingPlan, brief and setup tactical promotions and offersAssist merchandise teams to build, test and validate strategies within the CRO programManage our internal search program, across all organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) activityWork with Ecom Platform teams (Content and Merchandising) as well as other internal departments including Digital Marketing to ensure alignment of marketing activations and comms align with brand and go-to-market plansCoordinate with the broader Digital Marketing team, global and local agencies to generate effective integrated marketing campaignsConduct reporting activity across all campaigns and KPIs with a focus on measuring the effectiveness of traffic, digital campaigns, conversion rates and ROAS across our sites.Translating data into actionable insights to drive continuous enhancements to improve customer experienceLead our internal team across internal site analytics tools (GA4 and Looker Studio), creating and supporting the build of dashboard and reporting analysisIn return, we offer: A permanent full-time opportunityCompetitive salary + bonuses + 17.5% annual leave loading+ paid parental leaveFlexible hybrid work optionsConvenient Marsden Park location in a new head office facility, closely connected to the M7, with ample free parkingFree onsite gym and personal training sessions+ onsite physiotherapy servicesGenerous staff discount– 25% off wholesale!A collaborative, supportive and high performing team culture with career growth opportunities – We love promoting from within!Opportunities to engage and give back through community and team eventsThat's enough about us! Here's what we'd like to see from you: Minimum 4 years' experience in an online acquisition or related performance marketing field (e.g., Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation)Experience analysing marketing campaigns and traffic patterns, measuring these against business objectivesHigh proficiency with BI and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, TableauPrevious experience working with Ecommerce teams and trading platforms (SFCC, SFMC preferred)Extensive experience in customer journey analytics and data-driven marketing, in addition to customer segmentation, audience profiling, and targetingExperience with multivariate testing to improve KPIs such as conversion optimisationExperience leading and cross-functional projects with internal teamsExperience building and executing successful Ecommerce plans that are creative and data driven, relevant, and tailored to online audiencesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven success in managing stakeholders and collaborating with internal teamsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesSuperior time management skills, with a proven record in delivering results in an agile environmentDemonstrated ability to get creative and think outside the boxIntermediate – Advanced MS Office skill setASICS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, where everyone's ideas and contributions are respected.
