Service Coordinator

Responsibilities: Control of all pumps and goods moving into and out of the NOV Kalgoorlie facility, providing quality control, reporting of defects, ensuring correct labeling and storage.
Ensure all manufacturing orders are raised, parts picked and orders processed in a timely manner.
Ensure all required stock transfers are raised and actioned in a timely manner.
Ensure all stock being dispatched is packaged or crated in order to protect the items from loss or damage.
Ensure all cycle counting and stock takes are actioned as required, and that all irregularities are reported to the manager.
Act as the facility HSE representative.
Ensure the store and yard are maintained in a clean and tidy manner.
Take responsibility for the store forklifts.
Take responsibility for various daily checks and security within the facility.
Assist with the office administrator duties when they are absent.
Perform such other duties relevant to the position as may be necessary.
Skills Required: Experience with inventory and scheduling software, Oracle JDE and Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred.
Customer service driven with good written and oral communication skills.
Organizing and priority setting skills.

Current manual drivers license.
Current forklift license.
