Are you looking for a new opportunity? Join a dynamic team in a Service Coordinator role, providing administrative support across Australia and New Zealand from our client's Regency Park office in Adelaide.
About the RoleAs a Service Coordinator, you'll handle customer requests, prepare quotes, and support the efficiency of our service delivery. You'll work closely with customers, service partners, and contractors to optimize the customer experience. Responsibilities include managing service contracts, scheduling technicians, ordering spare parts, and handling other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to service teams and contractorsSchedule technicians for onsite workManage spare parts selection and orderingHandle customer service calls and inquiriesPrepare repair and spare parts quotationsFollow up on service orders and repairsOrganize training and toolbox talks for techniciansProcess customer credit requestsManage deliveries and shipping arrangementsCommunicate with customers, staff, and stakeholdersProofread and write technical service reportsProvide after-sales support to customers and partnersRequirements: At least 2 years of relevant experienceTeam player with a task-focused and outcome-driven approachStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience with SAP or similar systems is desirableKnowledge of pump technology is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
