Your challenge Philips challenges you to utilise your strong knowledge of healthcare in conjunction with your commercial and negotiation experience in this exciting Service Contract Renewal Specialist opportunity based in our North Ryde office.
Day-to-day, your role will be extremely diverse and include working with the wider service and sales teams to identify and convert sales opportunities of service contracts and maximize market contract penetration. You will do this while maintaining exceptional customer relationships (over the phone and face-to-face), and becoming an expert in the Philips Service product portfolio. You will be responsible for the negotiation of sales terms, attending customer review meetings, exceeding territory sales budgets and identifying growth opportunities.
Reporting to the Service Commercial Manager ANZ and working closely with a team of passionate and enthusiastic Account Managers and Service professionals, you will be responsible for selling and servicing medical imaging & ultrasound equipment. More broadly, you will be working as part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with internal stakeholders from across the business.
You're the right fit if: Bring proven experience working in selling, negotiating and maximizing value proposition. Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field with experience working within the Healthcare Sector would be highly advantageous. Prior contract renewal or contract sales experience. Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to thrive in a high volume, deadline driven environment. You have working knowledge of Salesforce. Influential interpersonal and Sales skills with the ability to build long-term and trusting customer relationships both internally and externally. About Philips We are a health technology company.
