Your exciting opportunity: Our in-house Service Centre provides roadside and accident assistance for our heavy motor customers.
Our Centre operates 24/7, 365 days of the year to support our customers in their time of need and we are looking for enthusiastic, pragmatic and empathetic Service Consultants to join our team.
This is not your standard call Centre; we invest in our team and take the time to train you over a 12-week period to make sure you have the support you need to succeed in your role.
As a permanent team member, you will be allocated an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:30am and 8:30pm Monday – Friday.
Any shift that finishes after 6pm you will receive a 20% uplift on your shift.
Any weekend shifts worked are paid at double time!
What you'll be doing: Answering and responding professionally to high-volume inbound calls and emails from a range of customers, clients, partners and intermediaries  Assisting with general enquiries and directing calls (when necessary) to the correct internal departments Provision of administrative support for non-call related activities What we'll love about you: Ideally, you will have experience working in a service/call Centre environment Previous experience working in a customer service-based role (essential)   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence Versatile with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, negotiate, handle multiple priorities and manage expectations High levels of resilience and ability to cope well under pressure  What to expect when you're part of the NTI family:  NTI is a market leader in the specialist insurance industry, boasting over 50 years' experience, and backed by two of Australia's largest insurers (CGU and Vero).
