About the Role We are seeking an experienced Service Attendant who will be responsible for ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe workspace for all staff and residents.
Other responsibilities will also include but not be limited to: Cleans all areas to Richmond Wellbeing Standards and as per schedules.
Ensures efficient collection and distribution of bed, bath, and kitchen linen for residents and staff.
Over time supervises residents with daily living skills that are directly related to cleaning and doing their own laundry.
Maintaining and cleaning common and administration areas including restroom facilities,  to a standard in compliance with hygiene and health licensing requirements.

This role is part time, working Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.
Offering 100 hours over 4 weeks.

About you To be considered for this role, you must have the following; Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning practices, techniques and equipment.
Ability to work in a manner which preserves resident confidentiality and dignity.
Ability to maintain the cleanliness and readiness of a 20 bed residential facility.
About Community Care Unit Based in Orelia, the Community Care Unit (CCU) is a state wide 20 bed facility, partnership with the Cyrenian House and the local Public Mental Health Services, that provides adults, who have a long history of experiencing mental distress and require intensive rehabilitation recovery services, a home-like environment for up to 18 months.
We aim to provide a safe space, where everyone is welcomed and valued.
We provide tailored support aimed at meeting the individual needs of our clients and enable them to pursue their recovery goals.
