HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker, providing insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry. Formed in 1984, HIAIS is as a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Administration Insurance Support HIAIS
Be part of our supportive, fun and thriving team. We are looking for an office support/administration team member to join our North Ryde team on a full-time basis.  
We are a team of insurance professionals who provide specialised insurance solutions for the Residential Construction industry. In this role you must be able to communicate effectively, be organised, engage with clients & complete various administration tasks.

What the day will look like

On-the-job training provided
Providing administrative support to the team
Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
Management of workflow through a centralised inbox for our national business
Daily KPI's & SLA's to manage workflow and workload
Answering phones and responding to client queries
Greeting clients in office when required

This opportunity would suit someone looking to start their career with aspirations for long-term development. In this role you will be provided with training to support your growth and develop your understanding of insurance. To be successful you will have:
