The Transport Allocator provides effective & efficient route planning, scheduling and monitoring for the delivery services to our customers.
As a Transport Allocator, you must be dedicated to delivering excellence in customer service, have high attention to detail, experience at working in a fast pace role, and be competent at managing multiple competing demands.
Working closely with Operations, Sales & Accounts teams, you will generate, and schedule services across Brisbane and Gold Coast.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Daily supervision of service technicians Scheduling of jobs, plus ad-hoc & urgent service requirements Planning & managing routes efficiently Receiving inbound, internal and external, customer enquiries & providing immediate solutions Conduct daily outbound telephone service call checks & audits Produce daily operational & servicing reports Attending & contributing to daily meetings You must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment & interacting with a high volume of internal and external customers over the phone & via email, on a daily basis.
