What we are looking for: Previous Service Advisor experience advantageous, although not essential more importantly will be the ability to learn and process information. Since a large part of the role will be providing customer service and relaying information to the service department, you will need to have outstanding communication skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills combined with the ability to time manage and prioritise changing deadlines. A commitment to provide high level customer service to internal and external customers, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times will be essential The ability to remain calm and think quickly in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Intermediate to advanced computer skills A strong and reliable work ethic ?
