The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the automotive industry; however, previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing service roles is helpful.
Strong admin skills and organization are key. Tasks & Responsibilities Previous Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential; a customer service focus and positive personality are more important.Keep customers informed with vehicle progress.Display an exceptional phone manner and have a friendly disposition.Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly, genuine manner.Build good relationships with customers and prioritize their needs.Provide accurate estimates for all services and repairs sold.Liaise with the workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame.You Will Need: To be self-driven and have a strong sense of ownership.A professional phone manner.To establish rapport with clients, colleagues, and management.The ability to absorb systems and procedures.To have good people and communication skills.To be reliable and have a great work ethic.To be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.You Will Receive: Work as part of a professional and dedicated team.Attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience with performance-based incentives.Ongoing training in a supportive environment.Company car and fuel.Trainees/Junior Advisors are encouraged to apply!
